Perhaps it will continue until the contest draws to a dramatic climax, where only one team will emerge as victors.

Intrestingly, they will not face each other in this home-stretch, with fixtures returning after the Nedbank quarter-finals.

On paper, Polokwane City FC have a taxing schedule as they face JDR Stars, Uthongathi, Platinum City Rovers and Pretoria Callies.

What perhaps gives them confidence is the fact that they picked eight points out of a possible 12 in the first leg against the quartet.

They beat JDR Stars 2-1 in the first leg and they will hope to complete a double next weekend.

And they also beat Pretoria Callies but were held to draws by Uthongathi and Platinum City Rovers.
