After raving about the meal prepared by one of his son’s wives on Instagram, television personality and polygamist Musa Mseleku sparked curiosity among his followers about who cooked between Tirelo and Amahle.
TIRELO VS. AMAHLE: WHO PREPARED THE MEAL?
The Mseleku patriarch shared a photo flanked by his sons, Mpumelelo and Lwandle, seemingly taken outside a home event.
Based on Musa’s caption, it suggested that the event could have been a private gathering for Mpumelelo since the caption was dedicated to him, and one of his wives even cooked.
Known for his iconic captions, this one was no exception. The well-known polygamist lifted the veil on the family dynamics between himself and his son’s wife, who clearly left an indelible mark on her father-in-law.
The 50-year-old, who suffered a stroke in 2024, wrote the following caption while appreciating his daughter-in-law’s food:
“Mthombeni, we are humbled kakhulu ukuthi [a lot that] tonight I ate food cooked by one of your wives. You will be a great man indeed. We stand with you no matter what.”

TIRELO KALE AND MPUMELELO’S LOVE STORY
In the episodes we’ve watched on Izingane Zes’thembu, Tirelo Kale, and Amahle Biyela, who are Mpumelelo’s wives, seem to have a cordial relationship, rarely bickering.
Tirelo was introduced to the viewers during Izingane Zes’thembu, while Mpumelelo’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his two kids, Vuyokazi Nciweni, was still in the picture.
After a lot of back and forth about getting married, Mpumelelo got into romance mode and mustered the courage to propose to Tirelo once again, with the whole country watching. They share a son, Singabakho Mseleku.

In season 3 of Izingane Zes’thembu, viewers were introduced to the lovely Amahle as Mpumelelo’s girlfriend, but she ended the season on a high note by emerging as his wife.
Her position sparked curiosity among viewers because, although she came in last, Mpumelelo decided to pay lobolo (dowry) for her first. Since Tirelo’s family was still reluctant about marrying off their daughter.Â
Reportedly, Amahle and Mpumelelo welcomed their first child together in January 2026. They haven’t shared content on social media.
