Aspiring young coach Arehone Makhari has revealed his conversation with Sekhukhune United head coach Kaitano Tembo.
Makhari met with Tembo as well as the Babina Noko squad after their 2-0 win against Orlando Pirates on Tuesday.
He was invited by the club following an article by FARPost two weeks ago which grabbed attention all over the world.
The 11-year-old got an opportunity to address the players after the match and congratulate them on their hard-fought victory.
“I am extremely happy that I got to meet them (players) and talk to them because I have them motivation that the next match they will play well and collect three points,” Makhari told FARPost.
“I got an opportunity to talk to Mr Kaitano Tembo and told him not to change how he does things because this is only the beginning of many wins for them.
“The reason I take coaching very seriously is because I am also improving my talent. I motivated the players because you have worked so hard and told them that they deserve a bonus,” he said.
“What I learned from the whole experience is that you should have discipline and relax and follow instructions on how things are done.”
WHAT TEMBO TOLD MAKHARI
Makhari also revealed what Tembo said during their meeting on Tuesday.
“He told me that I Amistad never give up on what I am doing and I must be committed to my task until I realise my dreams.”
Meanwhile, the owner and chairman of Rams Football Academy, Tshifhiwa Ramukosi also expressed his delight after Sekhukhune also invited all their players to the match.
“As a leader of the Academy, I have run out of words with what is happening to us,” he said.
“Sekhukhune has been in communication with us since Monday and also paid us a visit to Venda.
“It shows that as an Academy we are having huge progress.
“And it also motivates us and the boys that if a PSL team like Sekhukhune can come to our village it means we are on the right track.”
