For the academic session 2022, the internships are available for the following functional units:
Administration
Finance
Food quality & safety
Logistics & engineering
Nutrition, HIV & school-based programming

Interns will get to work at a designated facility on the assigned projects. They are expected to be multi-talented and work under minimal supervision. The duties vary by the functional unit. So interns in administration will have different responsibilities than those in finance. Throughout the tenure, interns will learn how WFP changes lives through its work.
For their contribution, interns will get a monthly stipend as remuneration. This will depend on the duty station of the assignment. Please note that the WFP will not cover the accommodation expenses, necessary visas, and other related costs. Interns are expected to pay for such expenses on their own.
And after completion of the internship programme, they will receive a certificate of completion. Shortlisted candidates will get more information regarding the programme.
