In her bail application, Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala’s wife, Tsakane Matlala, told the court that she lives with pulmonary embolism, a condition caused by a blood clot blocking an artery in the lungs.
She also said her parents financially support her and her children.
She has been granted R20,000 bail after the State did not oppose her release.
