IDAC head Andrea Johnson has accepted that IDAC could not simply investigate fraud or corruption in the General Khumalo matter, saying the directorate must act within its Section 7(a) mandate under the NPA Act.
She added that the alleged theft of money from a slush fund falls under SAPS’ jurisdiction.
