Some working environments are just too much fun, and DiepCity is one of them. The show tells fantastic stories exploring various everyday themes from South Africans. Their storylines tackle crime, forgiveness, romance, toxicity, and aspirations in a single bow. Mzansi cannot get over the show and how it tells real stories with such accuracy.

Recently Mzansi couldn’t stop raving about the drama that unfolded with MaShange and her husband. One of the scenes people keep sharing on social media is when the two got in an intense argument that got Mzansi on their feels. The voice control and delivery were precise and accurate.

Dawn Thandeka King, the actress who plays MaShange on the show, shared the video on her Instagram page. Her caption was clear and concise. She wrote that this is where she works, and that is how they start their work days. The video was coming into the set in reverse whilst moving their bodies.

The set they were walking into is one of the shacks of the show. After the cast was inside, they all bust out their favourite dance moves and let their bodies get lost. By the looks of it, the cast had the time of their lives dancing to John Wick by DeMtuda.

The mistake of confusing work and real life is not eminent with the cast. From the video, one can easily assume a cast is a large group of friends that is enjoying the company of one another. On-screen, the same cast members can play their roles like they despise one another.

It is not the first time Mzansi sees the cast enjoying life in song together. Previously, the cast sang the song Lean on me by Bill Withers together, and they made a video. What impressed Mzansi was the excellent energy that flowed between them all as they sang and rejoiced. The song choice was also light and calming.

Dawn’s followers commented and agreed that their relationship is indeed inspiring. The fact that we never hear of animosity or diva antics on set means the love is genuine. Mzansi applauded the level of health of their work relations.
