Viewers of Isencane Lengane applauded Thando Dlamuka for defending her mother, Ntombikayise Msomi, during a recent episode of the popular reality show on Moja Love.

THANDO DLAMUKA PRAISED FOR DEFENDING HER MOTHER

In this episode, Thando met with her two mothers-in-law, MaShange and MaMkhize, to confront them about their disrespectful behaviour towards her mother.

Some of the insults hurled at Ntombikayise included being called derogatory names and facing judgement for not being married.

MaShange admitted to insulting Thando’s mother but explained that she had retaliated after Ntombikayise allegedly said some hurtful remarks about her late husband, Bab’ Dlamuka.

MaVundla’s decision to leave the family kitchen sparks outrage among the Dlamuka wives, who believe her request threatens the traditions of their polygamous home.

VIEWERS APPLAUD THANDO

@FransShadung: I never thought I’d say this, but I’m so proud of Thando for standing up for her mother.

@TweetsbyMOD: Yesss, Thando! Defending your mother like that is exactly what a daughter should do. You can have issues with someone without dragging them for being unmarried. That part was unnecessary. She’s standing on business, and I respect it.

@NomceboMasilel2: Thando is standing on business, and I’m here for it. I love that she’s defending her mother. Reprimanding someone is one thing, but belittling her and calling her names because she’s unmarried is uncalled for.

@MrSmegOfficial: Thando is defending her mother in her absence. That’s true love.

@_FentseM: Thando is addressing things with a firmer tone.

@makatla_mandisa: I love how Thando is being outspoken and defending her mother; she has grown.

@BonoTshivhidzo: I love how Thando is standing up for her mother. It’s time. The Dlamukas are very disrespectful towards her mom.

@BonoTshivhidzo: We sometimes think Thando can’t see what’s happening, and tonight is one of those days where we are all proud of her for standing up for herself and her mother.

‘AINT NOTHING LIKE A MAMA’S LOVE’

Freedman Grove sings, “Ain’t nothing like a mama’s love,” and Thando’s mother has consistently embodied the sentiment behind that lyric.

One unforgettable scene was when she confronted her son-in-law, Siyacela Dlamuka, shortly after the young couple welcomed their first child.

Thando’s mother was upset that Siyacela allegedly mistreated her daughter, such as forcing her to prepare food for him despite being pregnant.

Many viewers admired Nokuthula’s strength and bravery for standing up for her daughter.
