The actor has since confirmed his latest gig in the mix of things. Confirmed reports say he has since joined the drama series set and has been part of the shooting. No doubt Mzansi awaits his much-talked-about debut that is slated for 11 October.

“Every character is different on each show. You are venturing into exploring different circumstances of a different persona that you take on. It depicts a different human condition from the one you played in the previous show and is always exciting. And I am happy to be still getting work,” he says.

“Another great thing is that some characteristics that are dormant in me may be dominant in that of a character I play, allowing me to explore different personalities.”

However, in the mix of things, he has been involved in several fallouts with showrunners, including Connie Ferguson of Ferguson Films. In 2019, Vatiswa Ndara fired shots at The Fergusons for ill-treatment and unprofessional conduct, especially on The Queen. While other actors such as Keke Mphuti and Mara Louw also joined in the bursts, no one thought Sello would also drop a bombshell. He accused her long-time partner Connie Ferguson and Ferguson Films of underpaying him and owing him a substantial amount of money.
