Vanessa Hudgens reflected on the realities of motherhood ahead of her second baby’s arrival.

Hosting Narwal’s End of Summer Soirée in Los Angeles, Hudgens opened up on the challenges and joys of raising children.

VANESSA HUDGENS ON MOTHERHOOD

Vanessa Hudgens, who became a mother in July 2024, labelled motherhood as “literally the most exhausting thing on the entire planet.”

Despite the fatigue, she expressed being “very in love” with her current chapter of life, according to E News

The actress advised parents to “slow down and enjoy the moment,” cautioning against getting caught up in future worries or the idea that happiness lies ahead.

“What’s important is the moment that is in front of you,” she stated.

VANESSA HUDGENS ON FINDING BALANCE

She praised Narwal’s smart cleaning technology for helping her reclaim time in her busy days. Vanessa Hudgens laughed, “So that when I put my little one down, I don’t have to mop the floors.

I can actually just enjoy my evening and throw on some Love Island.” Her humorous honesty about the unpredictability of balance resonated.

“Balance? I don’t know her. Life is crazy, and time is a really precious thing.”

A GROWING FAMILY

Vanessa and her husband, former professional baseball player Cole Tucker, who retired earlier this year, married in December 2023.

They joyfully announced their second pregnancy on 12 July 2025, sharing radiant photos of Hudgens’ baby bump.

Vanessa Hudgens’ experience underscores the universal truths of parenting: overwhelmed yet devoted, seeking moments of joy amid chaos.

VANESSA HUDGENS HONESTY

Her reflections remind caregivers in South Africa and beyond to cherish the present and accept that perfection is elusive.

This glimpse into Vanessa Hudgens’ motherhood journey breathes life into the everyday experiences shared by many, with a warm dose of humour and heartfelt honesty.
