Application Requirements for a Necsa Group Unemployed Learnership program: Generic Management NQF Level 4
Necsa Group offers an opportunity for 12 months of Generic Management Learnership NQF Level 4 to unemployed candidates between the ages of 18-30 years who are in possession of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate. The candidates must be South African citizens with no criminal record.
Candidates will be subjected to written assessment tests or interviews, as part of the selection criteria. The selection criteria will be conducted in terms of the Necsa Group employment equity plan, Skills Development Policies, and other relevant policies or plans.
NB This opportunity is for individuals who have not participated in a previous learnership and or internship
Benefits for the learner after successful completion of the learnership
Once the learner has completed the learnership, they will be awarded the following qualification and unit Standards:
National Certificate: Generic Management Learnership – SAQA ID57712 (NQF Level 04) totaling of 150 credits minimum including unit standards:
SESSION ONE
- Apply leadership concepts in work context unit standards: 242824.
- Apply the organisation’s code of conduct in work environment unit standards: 242815.
- Conduct structured meeting unit standards: 242816.
SESSION TWO
- Employ a systematic approach to achieving objectives unit standards: 242822.
- Identify the responsibilities of a team leader in ensuring that organisational standards are met unit standards: 242821.
- Manage Expenditure against a budget unit standards: 242810.
SESSION THREE
- Monitor the level of service to a range of customers unit standards: 242829.
- Motivate and Build a Team unit standards: 242819.
- Prioritise time and work for self and team unit standards: 242811.
SESSION FOUR
- Solve problems, make decisions and implement solutions unit standards: 242817.
- Accommodate audience and context needs in oral/signed communication unit standards: 119472.
- Interpret and use information from texts unit standards: 119457.
SESSION FIVE
- Use language and communication in occupational learning programmes unit standards: 119467.
- Write/present/sign texts for a range of communicative contexts unit standards: 119465.
- Apply knowledge of statistics and probability to critically interrogate and effectively communicate findings on life-related problems unit standards: 9015.
SESSION SIX
- Engage in sustained oral/signed communication and evaluate spoken/signed texts unit standards: 119462
- Read/view, analyse and respond to a variety of texts unit standards: 119469
- Represent analyse and calculate shape and motion in 2-and 3-dimensional space in different contexts unit standards: 9016.
SESSION SEVEN
- Use mathematics to investigate and monitor the financial aspects of personal, business, national, and international issues unit standards: 7468.
- Use the writing process to compose texts required in the business environment unit standards: 12153.
- Write/present/sign for a wide range of contexts unit standards: 1194559.
