Tyla on Cardi B’s upcoming album

South Africa’s Grammy-winning star Tyla has landed a major international collaboration as she appears on Cardi B’s upcoming album Am I the Drama?.

The album is set to drop on Thursday, 19 September 2025.

The American rapper unveiled the list of features on the project, which includes Janet Jackson, Megan Thee Stallion, Cash Cobain, Kehlani, Summer Walker, Lizzo, Selena Gomez, and Mzansi’s very own Tyla.

Cardi has often shown love to the Water hitmaker, even standing up for her during times of backlash and criticism.

Their collaboration has fans buzzing with excitement, especially with Tyla’s name standing out among the global heavyweights.

Reactions quickly poured in online. One fan gushed, “I love seeing Tyla’s name in anything. We WILL be streaming.”

Another was thrilled about the lineup, writing, “Cardi and Selena?? Finally!! I hope it’s a slow song, omg. I’m excited for the Tyla collab too.”

Others simply praised Cardi for curating such a powerful list, with one user commenting: “With this set, you is the drama.”
