TTM’s Tumelo Makha hails Lesotho camp for his groove | Breaking News

Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) and Lesotho midfielder Tumelo Makha has praised Likuena’s recent camp for his fine form.
Makha was part of the Lesotho squad that defeated Seychelles 3-1 on aggregate to secure a spot in the group phase of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations during the Fifa international break.
The 23-year-old footballer played a significant role in helping TTM stage a superb comeback to sink SuperSport United 3-2 in the Nedbank Cup quarter-final clash. He scored the winning goal in extra time last Friday at Thohoyandou Stadium.
Prior to the national team camp, Makha had lost his place in the TTM matchday squad and had to watch from home as his team faced Hungry Lions and Venda Football Academy.
“I’m very happy with my first goal for TTM and I believe it’s the first of many to come for me,” said Makha.
“The recent national team camp played a big part in my revival because I have been in high spirits since coming back from national duty.
“It was a good feeling to get the love from Basotho and see many of them celebrating with me. I’m very grateful for the support and will continue to work hard to make them happy.”
TTM will host their arch-rivals Marumo Gallants in the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup and Makha is confident that his side will cruise their way into the tournament’s finals where they will face either the high flying Mamelodi Sundowns or Royal AM.
“I think we have what it takes to go all the way to the final. We are all motivated to reach new heights with this club and it will be a dream come true for all of us to play in the final,” he says in conclusion.
