Dancer and reality TV star Mixon Tholo, better know as Tsekeleke, has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his niece, Neo Tholo.

The Lose It or Lose Me star from Tshwane remains in custody. According to his girlfriend, Black Cat, Tsekeleke does not have funds to cover his legal fees.

Confirming the arrest to Daily Sun, Gauteng police spokesperson, Captain Tintswalo Sibeko said: “According to the case number you have provided, a case of assault GBH has been opened, and a 40-year-old man was arrested on 10 September 2025. They appeared before the Pretoria North Magistrates Court on 11 September 2025,” she said.

In a TikTok video, Tsekeleke’s niece rejoiced to hear that Tsekeleke is still in custody.

“They keep saying I’m a witch. If he killed me, who were you going to call a witch? I’m standing up for myself this time. Yes, they did well by arresting him.

“This is where I want him. He is disrespectful, and I hope that his friends who teach him to swear and curse at his family help him. I want them to show evidence about claims that I have spent his money. They must sue me or arrest me for taking his phones, they claim I took,” said Neo.

“A person like Tsekeleke according to law criminal procedure act is not supposed to be arrested, he must get lawyer and sue the state.” said one user.

Another one said: “Now I see the only person that loves Tseki is Black cat.”

While another one said: “At this point they should have left Tsekeleke with Blackcat. His family doesn’t love him.”
