Spending Easter solo this year? Before you picture a lonely weekend with nothing but hot cross buns and reruns, hear this: Being alone doesn’t have to mean being lonely. In fact, a solo Easter can be the perfect time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and do the holiday your way—pajamas all day, chocolate eggs for breakfast, no judgment.

First, reframe it. Psychologists suggest that solitude, when chosen, can actually boost creativity and reduce stress. So, instead of focusing on what you’re missing, try leaning into the freedom to create your own little rituals.

Why not start the day with something that makes you feel good? Maybe it’s a slow cup of tea on the balcony, a sunrise walk, or even a virtual yoga session.
