Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is reportedly suing the golfer’s trust – the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust after the golf legend was said to have locked her out of their shared Florida home and was said to be looking to get $30 million (R546 million) out of the trust; this is reportedly nearly five months prior to filing a request to break her NDA, PageSix reported.

In the court documents seen by the publication, the 39-year-old entrepreneur is said to have claimed that ever since she requested to break the NDA, her 47-year-old ex-boyfriend and his agents have “unlawfully” kept her out of their shared home.
According to The Shade Room, Herman reportedly claimed to have performed “valuable services” for Woods in exchange for living in the home rent-free.
She is also said to have claimed to having had an oral agreement with the legendary golfer to allow her to stay in the home for up to five years in the event that they ever split.

Daily Mail reported the trust is the legal owner of Woods’ mansion in Hobe Sound where the two lived together for six years.
The lawusuit filed as a trust litigation, was said to read,
‘All expenses that related to (Herman’s) residency were fully paid by the defendant or its privies.
‘This agreement was fully performed for the six-year period prior to the events giving rise to this lawsuit.
‘The duties that were performed by the plaintiff were extensive and of an extraordinary nature in light of the overall circumstances and environment in which she lived,’ it was quoted as saying.

“Tiger: Please get out of my house. Her: Pay me $30 Million,” @petermriya commented.
“I stand with the woman. It’s typical that men are being misogynists,” @TrossardProp said.
“A girlfriend is not a wife so she has no right to any $30 million. They didn’t marry so he owes her nothing unless he decides out of respect to pay her off to at least show gratitude,” @Canon11264048 replied.
“Sounds about right,” @pledhed wrote.
