Former President Jacob Zuma’s appeal against the Pretoria High Court’s revocation of his medical parole was denied with costs by the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA).
The Constitutional Court sentenced the former president to 15 months in prison for contempt after he declined to provide testimony at the state capture commission of inquiry.
In December of last year, the high court overturned the former Correctional Services Commissioner Arthur Fraser’s decision to grant Zuma medical parole. Zuma had challenged that decision.
