ORLANDO PIRATES SAGA

Designed the internationally acclaimed luxury fashion designer, the 2023-2024-soccer kits consists of a “home kit” in the classic black and an “away kit” in a pistachio green.

While many Orlando Pirates fans have expressed their disappointment to the overall designs of the soccer kits, some seem to appreciate Thebe’s take on honouring Orlando Pirates’ legacy with a sense of newness.

Despite being trolled by South Africa, Thebe is one of South Africa’s most successful and talented designers.

Born and bred in the City of Diamonds Kimberly, in the Northern Cape, Thebe has cemented himself as one of South Africa’s most iconic contemporary designers to date. In addition to this he has won the hearts of many important voices in fashion including that of Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
