The Lobola beefs up cast

Netflix series, How To Ruin.. returns for another season with its latest title, How To Ruin Love: The Lobola, joined by new faces set to keep Mzansi glued to their screens.

How To Ruin Love premiered in 2024, telling the story of Zoleka and Kagiso who want to be together, but have to deal with meddling families and opposing traditions. In the new season that is set to air from the 19th of December, Zola Nombona and Tembinkosi Ngcukana will join the star-studded cast that includes Sive Mabuya, Bohang Moeko, Mapaseka Koetle among others. Dumisani Mbebe, Tina Jaxa, Ayanda Daweti, Shoki Mmola, Marjorie Langa, Sello Ramolahloane and John Morapama return as meddlesome in-laws. The three-episode series promises all the drama and romance.

The award winning thespian, Nombona, has joined the cast of Netflix’s festive season franchise for its latest offering titled, “How To Ruin Love: The Lobola”.

Picking up on where How To Ruin Love: The Proposal left off, this new installment promises more chaotic family dynamics, especially around the iconic South African lobola negotiations.
