Thando Thabethe donates over 100 stationery packs to Phefeni Secondary School learners

Thando Thabethe gives back to the community

Media personality and actress Thando Thabethe recently visited Phefeni Secondary School, where she spent time with learners and contributed essential supplies to support their academic journey.

Taking to social media, Thando shared photos of herself engaging with students during the visit, capturing heartfelt moments from the day.

In her caption, she expressed gratitude to those who helped make the initiative possible.

“Giving back to the community that gave me so much. With the help of all of Joburg, @checkers_sa and @waltonssouthafrica we were able to help equip learners at Phefeni Secondary School with the tools they need to build a future… over 100 packs for learners filled with stationery and basic needs for the year ahead… thank YOU!!!” she wrote.

According to her post, more than 100 learners received packs filled with stationery and other basic necessities to help them prepare for the year ahead.

The initiative was supported by Checkers and Waltons South Africa, highlighting the impact of partnerships between public figures, brands and the broader community.

Supporters praised Thando for using her platform to make a meaningful difference, with many applauding her commitment to education and youth empowerment.
