SZA and Mariah Carey may be preparing to bless fans with a long-awaited collaboration. The two stars set social media on fire this weekend after exchanging heartfelt messages and gifts.

SZA’S LOVE FOR MARIAH CAREY

On Saturday, SZA sent Carey a lavish bouquet of pink roses accompanied by a handwritten note. “MC, I’m so grateful for the love you have shown me.

You’ve been a MASSIVE influence and inspiration to me and so many ppl! I can’t wait to hear the new album next Friday! Hope we can meet soon,” SZA wrote.

The gift followed Carey’s praise for the Snooze hitmaker during a live stream with popular creator Kai Cenat earlier this month, according to Complex.

MARIAH CAREY PRAISES SZA

Mariah Carey called SZA one of her “favourite” artists, a sentiment that delighted fans across the globe.

The singer responded in true diva fashion. She shared a card addressed to SZA with the cryptic message: “9.24.25. See you soon…”

MARIAH CAREY’S NEW ALBUM

The teaser immediately sparked theories of a new collaboration. Fans speculated that is could possibly appear before Carey’s 16th studio album Here for it All, which arrives on 26 September.

The album already includes features from Kehlani, Shenseea, Anderson .Paak, and gospel legends The Clark Sisters.

Remixes of her single Type Dangerous also feature rap heavyweights like Busta Rhymes, Method Man, Redman, and Big Sean.

POSSIBLE COLLABORATION

Fans now wonder if SZA could join the project through a surprise remix or unreleased track.

Although the two singers have not met in person, many believe they may have exchanged vocals remotely.

Others suggest Carey invited SZA to join her at an album listening party, according to That Grape Juice.

TIMELESS CLASSIC

SZA’s hit Snooze dominated South African streaming charts, while Carey’s timeless classics remain staples at local celebrations.

With SZA and Mariah hinting at something special, the prospect of these two voices together feels like history in the making.
