However, SuperSport have decided to play their next home DStv Premiership encounter against Chiefs in North West.

However, SuperSport face stiff with competition from Orlando Pirates, who also have the same mandate of playing continental football.

Pirates are in second position, while SuperSport are third. The latter is two points adrift of the Soweto giants with two games left in the season.

Jose Riveiro’s troops have accumulated 50 points, whilst SuperSport have 48.

On the same day; 13 May 2023, Pirates will take on Sekhukhune United at Orlando Stadium, while SuperSport will host Kaizer Chiefs in North West.

It is worth noting that Chiefs, in third place are mathematically still in the race to finish second but will need SuperSport and Pirates to lose their last two matches.
