Stogie T left embarrassed after A-Reece ignores his live call during podcast interview

Stogie T was left visibly uncomfortable after fellow rapper A-Reece failed to answer his phone call during a live podcast interview.

The awkward exchange unfolded during Stogie T’s appearance on the L-Tido Podcast, where the veteran lyricist was discussing plans to shoot a music video for the Four Horsemen collaboration featuring A-Reece, Nasty C and Maggz.

While explaining his difficulty in getting hold of A-Reece to confirm availability, host L-Tido challenged him to call the rapper on speakerphone.

Despite the phone ringing, the call went unanswered, leaving an uncomfortable silence in the studio.

Stogie T admitted the snub was nothing new, telling the host that this had “been my reality” for more than a month.

L-Tido reacted with visible frustration, saying, “You guys are seeing it for yourselves. What is the problem, bro?”

Known for his elusive public persona, A-Reece has previously joked about avoiding phone calls, but the moment did not sit well with many viewers, especially given Stogie T’s status as an industry elder.

Attempting to downplay the moment, Stogie remained calm and defended A-Reece’s right to privacy.

“People are entitled to live how they want. For me, it’s a professional thing. I’m not trying to hang out, I’m trying to work,” he said. Still, he admitted that silence was difficult to accept. “It would be nice to hear a ‘No’ or ‘Yes.’ And the meme about not answering his phone, I get it.”

L-Tido, however, was unconvinced.

“You know we love Reece; he’s a great artist, but this song deserves visuals. This is disappointing,” he added.

Although the interview later shifted to Stogie T’s personal life and career, viewers remained focused on the unanswered call.
