Fans of  South African legendary icon rapper, Bonginkosi ‘Zola 7’ Dlamini, were left in shock when images of him surfaced on social media shocking his state.

In the video that has been widely shared on social media, Zola 7 is seen having a conversation while sitting in a red and white chair outside his residence.

The video has left many of his fans concerned when they saw him to have lost an enormous amount of weight, and many are worried about his health.

Last year, the rapper did an exclusive interview with Podcast and Chill with Mac G where he spoke about his ongoing battle with epilepsy, which was the cause of him getting in two a few accidents after he fell asleep on the wheel.

In the interview, he said he was doing okay and that he was on chronic medication.

Over the last week, there’s been calls by many on social media to assist him in his time of need, a call which has been met by criticism by some.

One such person who opposed helping Zola was Pearl Thusi, who on Sunday, responded to a local Twitter user who said that he was neglected by Mzansi celebrities.

Thusi said she can’t shake off Zola’s alleged abuse allegations. In 2017 Daily Sun reported that Zola’s wife, Sibongile Nkabinde allegedly opened a case of physical and emotional abuse.

“The awkward GBV moment kinda made things a bit tricky,” she said.
