Londie earns Somizi’s respect after RHOD drama

Somizi Mhlongo has heaped praise on Londie London for the way she handled herself during a tense altercation with Minnie Ntuli on the Real Housewives of Durban reunion. ]

The media personality took to social media after never-before-seen footage aired, showing Minnie aggressively confronting Londie while she remained calm and composed.

“Her level of restraint, emotional intelligence, and calmness to [be] studied very hard @londie_london_official baby girl I’m so proud of u. OH MY GUAAAAAAARD,” Somizi gushed.

The clip, which aired during part two of the reunion, reignited public backlash against Minnie, who did not attend the actual reunion.

In the footage, she can be seen pacing and jabbing her finger at Londie during a sit-down meant to resolve their differences.

Londie, despite being provoked, kept her cool and chose not to engage in a physical confrontation.

Fans and fellow celebrities applauded Londie for staying composed.

Lady Du was visibly moved, commenting: “Yho yazini 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I realised how violent I am from that episode 😭😭😭😭😭 she taught me the true meaning of bigger person. I was shaking.”

Actress Winnie Ntshaba also showed her admiration.

“Joh she’s brave also for sitting down after that poking… I was gonna get up and run for my life… Never fought in my life and scared of even a clap 😢😢😢… @londie_london_official you are a Queen sisi ❤️❤️❤️❤️ so sorry you had to experience such,” she wrote.

Jojo Robinson, Londie’s fellow cast member, simply wrote: “She is the real queen of RHOD.”
