SNG Grant Thornton has several programmes in place to train both existing employees and recent graduates. One of them is the SNG Grant Thornton Traineeship/Internship programme. It is intended for recent graduates who want to gain relevant experience and build a career as chartered accountants.

The SNG Grant Thornton Internship programme will expose students to the latest practices followed in accounting. Under the guidance of experienced personnel at SNG Grant Thornton, the interns will get to work on audits, tax preparation, tax technology, compliance, among other things. Besides that, interns will have to participate in social activities organised by the company to shape their careers.

The duration of the internship contract is 36 months. After the completion of the programme, all interns will receive a certificate of completion to demonstrate their expertise.

During the tenure, the participants are entitled to receive a stipend. The company will decide the amount after the interns have been hired.
