Rachel John, the 25-year-old influencer rumoured to be dating Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, opened up about finding her peace in sport.

25-year-old influencer Rachel John shared a TikTok, where she opened up about finding peace in “the most violent sport,” kickboxing. In the 18-second clip, Rachel is seen in action as she trains.

TIMELINE OF ROMANCE BETWEEN SIYA KOLISI AND RACHEL JOHN
Siya and Rachel sparked romance rumours in late 2025, when fans identified her as the woman sitting next to him at the recent ATP Tour Finals in Turin. The Springboks captain and the 25-year-old influencer have spent some time together in different places, including her birthday celebration in Jeffrey’s Bay in December 2025.
Earlier this year, Siya and Rachel went on “baecation” to Victoria Falls. This was the same place Siya and estranged wife Rachel Kolisi went on their honeymoon in 2016. The pair did not share photos of or with each other in Victoria Falls. However, a fan spotted them together, boarding a cruise on the Zambezi River, confirming their romance. Siya and Rachel have since been to Los Angeles and New York together in February this year. Rachel also returned to South Africa in April and teased her date night with Siya.
Rachel is back and forth between South Africa and the Netherlands. It is unclear whether the pair are still together. Siya was married to Rachel Kolisi for eight years before they announced their shock split in October 2024. The pair have two beautiful children together – Nicholas (11) and Keziah (9). Rachel (Kolisi) and Siya also legally adopted his two siblings Liyema and Liphelo in 2014, when they were younger.
