Siya Kolisi pens b-day post to Etzebeth

Springboks captain Siya Kolisi penned a sweet tribute to his teammate and “best friend” Eben Etzebeth, on his 34th birthday.

Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth are known for being “besties” and having the cutest “bromance” of the Springboks squad. The Springboks captain took to Instagram to pen a sweet tribute to Eben on his 34th birthday. He began the post with a bible verse.
“One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”

Siya then went on to call Etzebeth and “icon” in rugby and an “amazing human”. Take a look…

“Happy birthday my brother , been 16 years of friendship now and I’ve loved how it has become a brotherhood. Been amazing watch you grow and become an icon in our sport but most importantly the amazing human being you are . Love you long time time Langes ❤️,” he wrote.

ANLIA ETZEBETH ON EBEN’S BIRTHDAY: ‘MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU’

Etzebeth’s wife Anlia also penned a sweet birthday tribute to him. The tied the knot at the La Paris estate in Franschhoek, Western Cape in February 2023. A year later, they welcomed their first child together, in January 2024. This October, the pair welcomed their second child.

Anlia dubbed Eben the “best daddy” to their kids.

“Happy Birthday!!! 🥳🙌🍾🥳🙌🥳🧁🙌🥳🍭🙌🥳🙌🍦. My dearest husband… today is your birthday!! there in the distance.. And today we celebrate the man in our life-my incredible angel husband and the best daddy who our children could ask for.. 🙏,” she wrote.

“Thank you for everything you do for us and all your hard work. My daughters and I are so grateful and we are very proud of you. Thank you for carrying me on your hands and thank you for all the adventures that were and are still waiting for us. 🍦 Miss you and love you. ❤️,” she continued.
