Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United have already confirmed deals for the 2023/24 season – with as many as six players set for new clubs.
Amakhosi have not hidden their desire to continue bolstering their squad after announcing the pre-contract agreement of Botswana captain Thatayaone Ditlhokwe back in January.
He will arrive on a free transfer from SuperSport United when his contract expires in July and Matsatsansa have not wasted any time in securing his replacement.
Experienced Zimbabwe international Ronald Pfumbidzai, who features as a left-back and centre-back has been also snapped on a pre-contract.
The 28-year-old arrived in the DStv Premiership with Bloemfontein Celtic after a short stint in Denmark and after the sale of the club to Royal AM, he joined the Chili Boys where he’s been one of their standout players.
It represents the only two deals, officially confirmed by their respective clubs, while iDiski Times confirmed the deals of Celimpilo Ngema to AmaZulu and Zuko Mdunyelwa to Stellenbosch on pre-contract agreements.
This publication can also confirm Given Msimango has penned a four-year deal with Chiefs, while Mduduzi Mdantsane is set to join Amakhosi from Cape Town City on a three-year deal, as per SABC Sport.
