Duties and responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and monitor adherence to the Sibanye-Stillwater ICT Governance framework.
• Implement, maintain, monitor, and improve the ICT internal controls framework.

•Co-ordinate and monitor ICT audits and associated remedial action.

Monitor and facilitate compliance with ICT related laws and regulations and Sibanye policies and procedures.
• Adherence to ICT Governance Frameworks and practices, King4, CoBIT, ITIL and ISO standards.
• Manage the repositories for all documentation required by assurance providers.

• Ensure all documentation comply with company standards.
• Manage testing of policies and procedures adherence within ICT.
• Assist in conducting awareness programs.
• Assist in the implementation of the security and governance frameworks. Assess for compliance and report status to line management.

Qualifications and experience

Be in possession of a NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in a relevant field
• Be a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) or Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or similar qualifications.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in a related role.

• Have Internal or External Audit experience or IT Governance experience
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
