Khanyi Mbau shows off new smile

Khanyi Mbau has once again found herself at the centre of online chatter after debuting her brand-new set of teeth.

A video of the actress and media personality at the dentist surfaced online, showing her unveiling her fresh smile after replacing her old teeth.

The clip quickly went viral, sparking a flood of mixed reactions from netizens.

While some fans admired her new look, others weren’t impressed and felt her previous teeth suited her better.

“So this is the Hollywood smile… that lady is over there playing on Khanyi’s insecurities. All she did was bleach them???” wrote one user.

Another bluntly added, “It’s the heart that needs a surgery.”

One X user went as far as saying: “Khanyi is naturally ugly. There’s no way you can undo God’s ugly. It follows you everywhere.”

Others criticized her for undergoing too many procedures, with one remarking: “The thing about doing stupid surgery is you never stop, until you start looking like a ghost.”

Another simply concluded: “She looks scary.”

This isn’t the first time Khanyi has sparked conversation over her appearance.

Just last month, she marked the one-year anniversary of unveiling her “new face,” a move that also drew widespread attention.

Khanyi Mbau really does have issues with herself and no matter how much work she gets done, she’ll never be happy with herself. Looking like Sorisha. pic.twitter.com/nBXTFnIvl9
