Podcast and Chill hosts MacG and Sol Phenduka have confirmed that content creator and DJ, Seemah, will no longer be part of the Spreading Humours podcast. The update was shared during a recent episode, leaving fans surprised and curious about what led to her exit.

MacG addressed the news directly, saying, “So, I was told that Seemah is no longer part of Spreading Humours.” His statement quickly sparked conversation, as Seemah has been a key part of the show’s success.

SEEMAH GROWTH AND CAREER JOURNEY

MacG then turned to Ghost Lady, whose name is Khanyi, the off-camera co-host, to get more clarity. He asked, “Like, what’s going on there? What’s happening there at Spreading Humours?”

Ghost Lady responded with praise for Seemah’s journey, saying, “She’s been such a great contribution to the network… She’s been growing. We’ve been with Seemah since she was younger, maybe 22, 23. Now, she’s grown. She’s a business women, she’s got her lip gloss. She’s DJing and she’s doing a lot.”

She added that Seemah is focusing on expanding her career and business ventures. “She will come back into the media space when she’s ready but now she’s also building, expanding her business. She’s booked and busy.”

WHO WILL REPLACE SEEMAH?

With Seemah stepping away, fans are wondering who will take her place. MacG asked Ghost Lady about a replacement, and she explained that the team is still exploring options.

“For now, we’re just going to have a few people just joining us on the show and test the energy. I think by the premiere in April we will have someone that’s we’re going to go with. I would like to implore Seemah’s fans to give a person a chance, you know, the person we’re trying out.”

GUEST APPEARANCES ON THE SHOW

In the meantime, the podcast has already started featuring guest personalities. In a recent episode that aired on 15 March 2026, media personality Lasizwe Dambuza and his brother Lungile Dambuza joined the show, bringing a fresh dynamic while the team searches for a permanent co-host.

Seemah’s exit marks a new chapter for both her and the podcast, as she focuses on her growing brand while Spreading Humours prepares for its next phase.
