SASSA announces final social grant payments for 2025

- Over 19 million beneficiaries will receive their grants, with payments staggered over three days, starting with the Older Persons Grant.
- The monthly grant amounts, including R2,315 for the Old Age Grant (60–74) and R560 for the Child Support Grant, remain consistent for this disbursement.
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has confirmed the payment schedule for the final disbursement of social grants this year, affecting more than 19 million beneficiaries.
The payments, which include pensions, disability grants, and child support, are set to begin next week.
