SAPS National Spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe says the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court postponed Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma’s case to 22 July to allow him to consult his legal team and verify his immigration status, while commending the SAPS Interpol team for swiftly tracing and arresting the UK fugitive days after his legal entry into the country on 5 July.
