A twelfth suspect has been arrested for the foiled cash-in-transit heist in Rosettenville.
Gauteng police commissioner Elias Mawela said the suspect was arrested in Tembisa on Thursday night.
He was arrested at the same place as the 11th suspect.
Earlier on Friday, the suspect abandoned his bail bid.
The shootout left eight people dead.
Five police officers and a JMPD officer were wounded when they intercepted.
