Mamelodi Sundowns forward Pavol Safranko may not form part of the club’s plans for the coming season.
According to a FARPost source, Safranko has not been registered for the new season.
The reigning DStv Premiership champions have exceeded their foreign quota [which is five players] and indications are that they had to get rid of two non-South African players.
With the arrival of the trio of Chile international midfielder Marcelo Allende, Ethiopia striker Abubeker Nassir, and Moroccan defender Abdelmounaim Boutouil, the Tshwane giants desperately need to make room for foreign players.
Besides Safranko, they also have Erwin Saavedra, Lunga, Gaston Sirino, and Peter Shalulile, who do not hold permanent residency status.
