Sarah Langa – the rumoured girlfriend of Springbok Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu – has given insight into her new relationship.

The 32-year-old divorcee has been linked to the 23-year-old flyhalf after the couple were captured hugging and kissing after several games this year.

Sarah was previously married to businessman Jehan Mackay and has been linked to Duduzile Zuma’s ex-husband Lomwabo Sambudla.

SARAH LANGA TALKS ABOUT RELATIONSHIP WITH SACHA?

In a panel discussion with lifestyle publication Nounouche, Sarah Langa joined fellow celebs like Nonkanyiso Conco AKA Laconco and Stephanie Sandows to discuss their high-profile relationships and splits.

Sarah, an influencer and model shared: “The media is not forgiving. They are happy to create stories that are not true and people just believe it.

“Women are the worst when it comes to judging us because we are meant to be the ones who sit through toxic relationships”.

Sarah Langa added that it was “ok to walk away and rebuild yourself.”

She shared tips about dating again after a divorce, something she has possibly done with Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu.

Sarah continued: “Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Date someone you wouldn’t normally have dated. Definitely someone from a different background. Sometimes we think we are in love, but we are actually comfortable because it’s familiar and it feels safe.

Sarah encouraged divorcees to be “open-minded” when it came to new relationships.

SCRUTINY FROM PUBLIC

Sarah Langa has faced backlash from the public over her rumoured romance with Springbok Sacha Feinberg.

Some have questioned their almost 10-year age gap, while others have accused Sarah of “preying” on the young rugby star.
