Royal AM have stretched their winning streak to nine matches in 2022 following a 2-0 win against Marumo Gallants at Chatsworth Stadium on Wednesday evening.

On-form striker Victor Letsoalo netted the opening goal for the KZN side via a first half penalty.

Lesego Manganyi scored a second the home side to secure the maximum points.

The result means AM remains second with 43 points, eight behind log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

In the other DStv Premiership fixture on Wednesday, a late goal by Luvuyo Memela secured a 1-0 win against Baroka at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
