RHOD’s Ameigh Thompson slams stepchildren in fiery rant – “Their loyalty lies with daddy’s bank card”

Ameigh Thompson vents about stepkids

Real Housewives of Durban star Ameigh Thompson has stirred controversy after openly venting about her frustrations with stepchildren, saying the experience is so layered, she could “write a book” about it.

Thompson’s sharp comments followed a photo shared by Coco Ntshangase, the stepchild of Mommy Club star Nozipho Ntshangase, who posted selfies with her new stepmother, Misokuhle Ntshangase.

Earlier this year, Zola Ntshangase, Nozipho’s husband of over 17 years, took a second wife, which appeared to have sparked the debate.

According to Thompson, trying to raise or bond with children who aren’t biologically yours is often a thankless task.

“There is nothing you can do for a child you didn’t bear,” she wrote on Instagram.

“Their loyalties will always lie with their parent [no matter how toxic they are] and whoever holds daddy’s bank card.”

She went on to advise other women to stop overextending themselves for children who don’t belong to them, saying, “Evil stepmothers always endure the longest, while we, who are like Bob the Builder, face the greatest challenges.”

Thompson didn’t hold back, further adding, “If you have no relationship with your kids as their father, it’s better to leave it that way. Trying to fix it may only make you the enemy.”

She also noted that even biological children can turn away from their parents, not just stepchildren.

Shortly after her post went viral, Coco responded in her own Instagram story, lashing out at Thompson with foul language and warning her to stay out of her personal business.
