Minimum requirements:
Matric
Numerical Skills
Passion for and to work with animals – person cannot be afraid of big dogs or cats
Friendly and extroverted person as you will be the face of the company
MUST have the ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
MUST have a high EQ as person will deal with a lot of different type of people
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Hardworking type of person who likes to go the extra mile to make sure that the customers are satisfied (customer and service orientated)
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering telephones in a polite manner
Open door and welcome customers
Assisting customers in person and telephonically
Assisting with pets when needed
Taking payments from clients
Making appointments
Making sure and doing follow-ups to make sure customers received the information needed
