Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss’s divorce finalised

Former member of R&B girl group Xscape and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss has reached an agreement with her now ex-husband, Todd Tucker, to end the months-long legal wrangling in their divorce.

49-year-old Burruss and 52-year-old Tucker were married for 11 years before filing for divorce in 2025.

For months, Tucker fought to have their prenuptial agreement thrown out, saying he was forced to sign without being given time to get legal advice before they walked down the aisle.

The former couple has two small children together, Ace (10) and Blaze (6). They each have an older daughter from previous relationships.

According to TMZ, a divorce settlement was reached this week, stating that Tucker will receive a $426,000 (R7 303 364) lump sum from Burruss, and they will split credit card points down the middle. They will also sell off a shared food truck.

The former couple will share equal custody of their children, and Tucker will have to vacate Burruss’s guest house.

Despite earlier media reports stating that Tucker would receive monthly spousal and/or child support from Burruss, this is not the case.

Among the luxury assets each party can keep are a fleet of cars:

Burruss will keep her 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro.

Tucker gets to keep his 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, 2020 Porsche 911, 2023 Range Rover, 1973 Ford Bronco, 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.

Additionally, Burruss will keep the Atlanta Hawks season tickets, for which Tucker paid her $38,000 (R651 473) to cover shared expenses.
