Job summary

To assist the Building Manager and others with all aspects of general office administration associated with building maintenance and other related assets on various Rand Water sites.

 

Duties and responsibilities

Evaluate and distribute requisitions to colleagues
Compile standards for the Section.
Check requests on completion of the time spent

 

Stock control of Materials, Plant and tools
Preparing of store requisitions for internal
Generation of requisition for services acquired
Creating and closing job cards on Maximo {help desk system)
Take minutes for the meeting and keep an up to date file

 

Inform staff of all communications
Receipting of invoices
Assist with reports and other documents.
Follow through with all work aspects of the Facilities team.
Generation administrative duties

 

Qualifications and experience

Matric Certificate or equivalent
Computer Literacy
Min of 1 Year of experience in similar position
Strong communication skills
Computer Literate and proficient (Excel, Word, SAP, Outlook, Data capturing, Maximo)

 

Good record keeping
Thorough filing, record keeping and document control
Well-developed interpersonal skills
