The video footage shows an incident where Cyril Ramaphosa was giving a speech in some community in Soweto Gauteng province, and the community did not receive him very well – they proceeded to tell him that they do not care about the Covid-19 vaccine that the president of South Africa has promised them.
The people are not very friendly and this is only because of one thing, the fact that they do not have the electricity and this might be because Eskom might have cut off some of the communities, because of the huge debt that their communities owe Eskom.
A lot of people have not been receiving Cyril Ramaphosa very well in Soweto, especially because of this topic and Soweto is such a huge municipality and the ANC has to do something about it so that the people stop complaining that they do not have the electricity.
