Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, shared a cryptic TikTok video on betrayal, a year after announcing their split.

RACHEL KOLISI’S CRYPTIC TIKTOK

The video opened with an explanation of “betrayal trauma” being compared to being pushed out of a plane.

“It’s like being pushed out of an airplane before you’re ready. Won’t have a parachute and as you’re falling you look up and see your person, they’re watching you fall and hit the ground and they smiling.”

“Your person didn’t stop the plane, and they didn’t land it, didn’t come back to see if you were okay or even apologise. Instead, they picked up a new person along the way. It wasn’t just your bones that shattered, it was your self worth, your trust, safety.”

This comes a year after the pair announced their split in October 2024. Take a look at the video here.

FANS SHOW RACHEL LOVE

“Oh Rachel 😞 I’m sorry girl. But you are better off. I know that’s no consolation, but it’s the truth. It’s sad to think that your own person can do that to you but time shows us that in the end, you will be the one better and stronger for it. There will come a time when the consequences of his actions will start to catch up with him. This is certain. Strength to you girl. You got this 💪🏽,” wrote Dev.

“This is truly the worst experience to go through 😔 especially if you have invested everything you have to give to that person because you thought you were a team,” wrote Stacy Martin.

“I wish there were words to share to make you feel alright but we love you Rachel & you’ll always be our head girl, no one could replace you,” wrote Vee.

“When you acknowledge the pain, seek support and rebuild a sense of safety and self-worth, that’s when healing from betrayal trauma truly begins ♥️💯,” wrote Deebriandria.
