Businesswoman Rachel Kolisi has announced that she will release a memoir titled Falling Forward, which will be accompanied by her documentary.

Falling Forward is also the name a movement that was founded by Rachel recently. It caters for women who are choosing courage, resilience and growth.

The book publishers, Pacmillan, took to their Instagram page to proudly announce Rachel’s memoir, written in collaboration with Zibu Sithole. The book will be published in March 2026, together with her documentary which has  the same title.

“Releasing this March to coincide with the highly anticipated Falling Forward documentary, this book invites you to step beyond the screen and into the private moments that have shaped one of South Africa’s most beloved figures,” said Pacmillan.

About the publication of the book, Rachel said : “There are stories you can tell on camera, and then there are the truths that need the quiet space of a page to be fully understood.”

Falling Forward tells a candid journey through breaking and rebuilding, proving that falling isn’t the end – it’s often how we find our way.

The movement was prompted by her divorce with the Springboks captain, Siya Kolisi. She has had to begin again and reclaim her identity, voice and courage. The exclusive early copies will be available at the Falling Forward National Roadshow in Makhanda in March 4, and in Gqeberha in March 5.

Instagram users weighed in:

Singer Anlia Etzebeth said: “May this touch many hearts.”

Media personality Moozlie added: “You go girl!”
