Rachel Kolisi shared that she is choosing peace as her estranged husband and father of her kids, Springboks captain Siya Kolisi moved on with 25-year-old influencer Rachel John.

RACHEL KOLISI: ‘I CHOOSE PEACE’

Director and Speaker Rachel Kolisi has shared a video on TikTok indicating that she is choosing peace on Wednesday 14 January. In the video, she is sitting down, reading the book Rising Strong by Brene Brown. Take a look…

“I choose peace, I choose love, I choose happiness. Today, I choose me,” as per the audio on the video.

“And goodness was it a journey to get here ❤️,” she captioned the post.

Rachel recently took a trip to the beautiful country of Angola, where she spent 10 days. Take a look…

“It’s impossible to put this experience fully into words. In August last year, a friend showed me a video of a young boy with polio learning to walk using sticks. (Above) Even through a screen, it offered a harsh and sobering glimpse into the realities so many people live with every day,” she wrote.

“But spending ten days in Angola gave me a depth of perspective I wasn’t prepared for,” she continued.

SIYA KOLISI MOVES ON

Rachel’s post about choosing peace comes just about a week after her estranged husband, Siya Kolisi was publicly spotted on “baecation” with 25-year-old influencer Rachel John. Siya and Rachel shocked South Africans when they announced their split in October 2024, after eight years of marriage.

Together Siya and Rachel (Kolisi) have two children together – Nicholas (11) and Keziah (9). Siya and Rachel also legally adopted his two siblings – Liyema and Liphelo in 2014. Rachel has been a mother figure to Siya’s siblings. While Siya and Rachel did not reveal the reason behind their divorce, Rachel hinted at infidelity, as she shared a cryptic TikTok on betrayal.
