From September 1 to September 18, over fifteen people died on the N1, but nothing has been done, particularly on this side of Limpopo. This indicates that the authorities may be overlooking something crucial that they must investigate in order to address these issues.
This is a staggering number, and it includes six family members who were traveling to Limpopo Venda for a funeral. Even more tragic is the fact that the deceased were on their way to attend another family member’s funeral.
