The Premier Soccer League have confirmed that this year’s Nedbank Cup final between Orlando Pirates and Sekhukhune United will kick off at 18:00 at Loftus Versfeld.
The fixture was originally scheduled for 15:30 but was seemingly moved to an evening kick off on Saturday, 27 May.
Tickets for the final will go on sale at 16:00 on Friday afternoon at TicketPro outlets countrywide and will be available for R80.
Pirates have reached the final of the competition since it’s been renamed as Nedbank Cup for a third time, winning both the 2010/11 and 2013/14 editions.
Meanwhile, Sekhukhune have reached their first-ever Nedbank Cup final and could lift their first ever Ke Yona trophy.
Both teams are actually meet each other this weekend already, when the Buccaneers host Babina Noko at Orlando Stadium.
Pirates currently sit in second place and need a win to keep their two-point gap ahead of SuperSport United alive, while Sekhukhune are seventh on the log with 36 points, and are keen to secure their top eight finish.
