Orlando Pirates are set to part ways with youth development coach Mandla Qhogi iDiski Times has learnt.
Qhogi has been with the club for the past 18 years and was in charge of the DStv Diski Challenge side before the club roped in legend Joseph Makhanya.
The long-serving technical team member of the Buccaneers has been very instrumental in bringing in players such as Nhlakanipho Ntuli, Lyle Foster, Zakhele Lepasa, Thabiso Sesane, Boitumelo Radiopane and Relebohile Ratomo, just to mention the few.
He is holding CAF A license, which he already obtained in 2017, and was coaching at various youth levels at the club before his role as DDC coach.
According to our source, his contract with the Sea Robbers will expire at the end of June and will not be renewed.
Our efforts to reach out to the coach were not fruitful, as Qhogi could not be reached for a comment.
