Linare Football Club has re-appointed Orlando Pirates legend Teboho Moloi as coach until the end of this 2021/22 season.
Moloi was appointed as Linare head coach in November 2020 already, but he had left the club in January of this year.
Back then, the Lesotho club announced that he was leaving the team because of a new job in South Africa, while he would still be available for consultation if needed.
In February, the club unveiled local coach Motebang Makhetha as Moloi’s replacement, but he was only in charge of four games, losing one and drawing three.
Linare announced on Thursday that Makhetha has resigned with immediate effect from his position as head coach. Hours later they confirmed to iDiski Times that Moloi has been reappointed as head coach.
Linare currently sit in seventh place in the Lesotho Premier League.
Moloi featured over 150 times for Orlando Pirates and had a brief spell at Gaziantepspor in Turkey. Between 2011 and 2016 he was assistant coach at the Buccaneers.
